Yvonne and Les’ loft-to-bedroom conversion

Day 1. Framing in the new bedroom.

Two renovation clients up next in the schedule both want the same thing: converting their 2nd storey open loft spaces into bedrooms.

First up is Yvonne and Les’ renovation in Barrhaven. Closing in their loft brings their bedroom count up from four to five.

This renovation took just three days. They chose a great paint colour to finish the space.

Day 1: Just five hours into the renovation and the fifth bedroom is quickly taking shape.

 

Day 3. All done. Previously open space is now a 5th bedroom.

The new 8 x 13 bedroom is painted Behr Grasslands Green and has a double closet.
